External Brown box broken

Question

Do VM replace brown external boxes, mine has gone very brittle (7 years old) and now front is totaly open

Hi welcvome if u can add or attach a photo of the item u need replaceing the VM STAFF will respond in the next few days.

Are u still a VM customer as if so then they can sort it out with a visit from there team on the road

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.
