Extension Cable Replacement / Rewiring off cables

Good morning 

Is it possible to get a longer lead or an extension for the cable going from the wall to the splitter. It seems to fall short on how I am trying to set it up.

I want to move my router which is in my living room to my office room? I just need a longer cable which will reach. I think an engineer visit would be needed as my office is right at the end my extension house.

If a Virgin Media mod can get back to me regarding this, I don't mind paying the extra for them to re-wire the cabling. I am getting my hub5 broadband on Thursday as I have upgraded to the Volt 1Gig plan.

    Could a VM mod please get in contact regarding extension cable / rewirring would greatly appreciate it

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post..
