Existing cable does not fit Hub 5

Hi team, 

The house we moved in to had virgin broadband. The socket does not look like what you show on install guide and forum; the cable does not seem to fit the Hub 5.

What do I do?

      I am on my mobile - no option to attach photo

    existing cable - this is what I got 

  • The hub no longer comes with password - I scanned the QR code:

    • getting a message there is no internet;
    • Being asked for password, which I do not have

      Take it back - password is at the bottom

  • Old cable seem to work but your team is sending engineer to install the socket anyways
