Excellent installation engineer

I recently changed my Virgin package which required an installation engineer to visit and upgrade some equipment. On completion of his work he informed me that I would receive a survey to complete regarding the service he gave, I did receive a survey but the link not work.

Harry (41822), an absolute credit to the human race, he couldn't have been more helpful and sorted everything with great efficiency, he was polite, respectful and considerate and needs to be praised for his exemplary customer service. He gave the level of service that we all dream of and hope for but seldom receive. 

Thanks again Harry, you are a star.
