Ethernet disabled?
Hi
I’m a new customer and I’ve been trying for the past few days to get my Tado heating system to work via the Ethernet ports at the back of my Hub 5.
It appears they aren’t working (they do not emit a green glow when I plug the cable in and obviously I do not get internet connection to my heating system)
Do I need to do something to enable them? I don’t want to be stuck with fiber broadband if I can’t heat my house in winter! If it’s something that’s an ongoing issue I’d rather cancel within my 14 days and go back to crappy Sky copper broadband.
