Equipment return - How to contact Virgin Media without calling?

Virgin seem to want to charge me £40 for a router I sent back to them. I've got the receipt from Yodel when I dropped it off and took photos of the router being packed. They say they haven't received the router.

How do I manage to challenge their claim that it's not been returned WITHOUT having to hang around on the phone to speak to someone? Is there an email address?

    There's no such email, VM don't like being bothered by customers. 

    If you wait here, a VM person may offer to help. 

     

  • chnniten  I have the same problem 😞 My Yodel return seems to have been stuck at their national hub for 7 days according to my tracking link.

    I tried contacting their cancellations team on web chat but they were very unhelpful. Basically, "you cancelled your account, so we won't help"

    I have also put in a post on this forum, hoping that someone from VM might be more helpful and check up on it.

  • FYI I just contacted Yodel, who say that the VM returns are delivered on bulk, which is why their tracking never updates beyond 'Processed at National Hub'.

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

    It can take 14 days for the hub to be returned, scanned in and assigned, then it'll be removed from the system for you.

    Has it been passed this time frame?
