Engineer didn't show up.
Was supposed to have an engineer today to install the correct sockets for broadband after an earlier appointment which the engineer didn't have the required tools. But so far no one has turned up.

Sorry to hear of the engineer not arriving as expected to ensure the correct sockets are installed on the internal of your property.
Can you please confirm if you have since been able to have an engineer to your property to complete this job?
