TV and BB went down around 1600 today I checked serv status and it said intermittent service engineers working on it and expected resumption 1930. It is now 2020 and service is the same, no TV internet intermittent.
Ater waiting 20 minutes on the phone, everyone is busy (I bet) I gave up and tried status again same result. I was then able to book an engineer but I don’t think it’s in the home. Yet again a failure outside somewhere.
Only 21 days later. Unstable intermittent signal in my Post Code BD2 (area 14) again tonight. Should be ok in 24 hours - really?
If it is a failed cabinet amplifier, you are probably looking at up to 24 hours for it being fixed. The new amplifier has to be pre-calibrated & soak tested before it can be inserted into the network. Not doing so would possibly cause several weeks of disruption.
So far so good today, it's stable. TV connected last night as did wifi.
