It's the 25th February and you are asking for the kit which was due to be delivered on 18th February to now be delivered on the 28th.
Did you contact VM previously to find out why the kit wasn't delivered on the original date? It may be that there is actually a problem with setting up the connection hence the kit wasn't sent out.
You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734, ask them what's happening, and if they can rearrange the kit delivery for 28th.
They are open 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
(It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)

Sorry to hear of your contact and delivery concerns.
If you haven't yet moved into the property and there are tenants/homeowners still living there, then you would need to wait till you have ownership or your tenancy has begun before we can look to complete your installation request.
