Delays to install

Hi, I am a new customer to VM and the property has not had VM installed before.

I have been trying to get an install done for quite some time now. The works have rescheduled 3 times for no apparant reason.

My latest install in on Mon 23rd Dec but no pre work has been carried out as I have been advised.

When contacting the customer care line they provide generic info only and keep saying the install is due to be carried out on x day which changes daily. Can anyone please provide some help to get an installed locked in please?

    You are in the same unfortunate position as all the other people hoping to get VM broadband connected before Christmas. Read this forum for examples.  There is no way to get a guaranteed date for installation. 

    Keep full details of all promises from VM as you may be entitled to compensation.

      I think that you may want to mention the stock issues with the installation equipment.  From what I understand this is impacting all installs.
