Delayed Delivery

Hello, I placed an order for broadband in March.11th and chose a delivery in March.18th. However, I still have not received anything yet or any notice from the courier. Could anybody let me know how to track the status of my order and delivery in this situation?

    Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and see if they can help
