Could my Student broadband be delivered to a different address than my Uni house address when ordering?

Hi. I'm planning on getting student broadband from Virgin media for the next academic year (2025-26). I have it in my basket but I am unsure when I am moving in to my new uni house so cannot pick a date for the broadband to be delivered to the house. Is there a way that it could be sent to my current home address?

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐

    You should be able to specify a delivery address during the order process. You can also arrange for it to be sent to a Yodel store if you would prefer. 

    We would always advise waiting to order until you either have a confirmed date to move or have actually moved in though as pre-installation work can take place at any time between ordering and the installation date. If you're unsure on a date for the move, we would advise waiting.
