VM can send an Engineer with a 10m cable & so can Amazon !
I noticed that someone else posted earlier about the same thing and didn't specify what length cable they wanted. They would probably appreciate you tagging onto that post and providing your wonderful and helpful insight!!
It might be quite sensible to mention if a 3m cable or a 10m cable etc is required.
