Hi,
I have placed an order for broadband this evening and selected the QuickStart set up option.
I do not move into my new flat until the 9th of feb so need the delivery to be sent to my current address or held until my move in date.
I do not have my welcome email so do not know my account number yet either.
You will have to wait a day or two for a VM staff member, but I believe VM will not send equipment to other than the address where it is to be installed.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your quick start delivery address. Have you been able to get this looked into since you last posted, if not, please respond to my private message and we can get this looked into further.
