Change delivery address for broadband

Hello,

Today I confirmed my broadband order over the phone with customer service, and I requested to change delivery address and confirmed over phone.
However on the email it says the wrong delivery address where I won’t be available to receive.

Where can I update this?

    I believe VM will not deliver equipment to any address other than the one where it is to be connected, probably for security reasons.

    As mentioned above unless its click and collect we would send it to the house registered on the account, was it a click and collect ordered you wanted? Cheers
