Change delivery address for broadband equipment

Hi there

I've ordered broadband for my student flat but I won't have access to the property for a while so I would like to change the delivery address of the equipment to my parents address.

    Hi ishanpatel, 

    thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

    We can't change the delivery address, however we can change the delivery date for when you'll be in the property.
