Change address

So I'm new to virgin media and I explained I'm moving on the 10th and I was told they could get the box delivered to my current address but on the tracking it shows its being delivered to my new address on the 6th. Is there any advice on how to change delivery to my current address ?

    To confirm is the parcel already been shipped out? If so this means we cannot change it because once its sent out we have no control over the shipment.
