Can't connect to the VM Connect app!

Hello. 

From what I can see there has been previous issues regarding this, but nothing fairly recent. 

I can't connect my Hub 4 to the VM Connect App, I've uninstalled the app on my phone, I've restarted my modem by turning it off and on again. Nothing! 

Anyone that can help or point me into the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

    What's happening exactly when you try to connect your Hub 4 to the app? Are you getting an error message?

      It constantly says can't find the hub. 

      As i stated in my post, I've uninstalled the app from my phone re downloaded it. I've also reset my hub, but nothing is still working.

    You need to remove the app from your phone and any other device that might have it installed, as it is known to work badly with the Hub4.

    Connect to the Hub directly on 192.168.0.1.     This is best done with a device connected by ethernet.  If you have a laptop that doesn't have an ethernet socket you can buy an adaptor for a very few pounds.

    But if there's no solution then I'll have to do it via my laptop!
