can't access the hub 5 in modem mode
Tried entering 192.168.1.100.1 and 192.168.0.1
neither of these are allowing me to gain access

http://192.168.0.1 - router modeIs this you have lost access the VM Hub i.e. previously it was possible to access 192.168.100.1 ?
If not please explain and what is the configuration of your system ?
