Cannot access my account

Good morning,

I’me having an issue accessing my account. It redirects me to the Yodel delivery page saying my hub hasn’t been delivered yet, even though it has and is set up.
Is there anyway I can manually confirm the delivery so I can gain access to my account and take advantage of services such as Netflix?

      Hey Jacobmwood, thank you for reaching out and we are sorry to hear about your account issue.

      Are you trying to set one up and its not letting you because of this?

      If it all plugged in and working it should auto confirm delivery and the activation.

      Have you tried to make an account or will it not work?
