Cancellation within Cooling Off Period
Hi,
I wish to exercise my cancellation rights within the cooling off period of a new broadband contract.
The chat bot seems unable to help and calling customer services they can't find my account...
Before going to the ombudsman to complain I can't cancel within the cooling off period, is there a direct team I can speak to where this will be done without hesitation?!
