Can I cancel my contract AFTER cooldown period?

Hey all 

So we got virgin on the 25th of October and we had issues at first which got fixed but now with have another issue which is the red flashing light 

Since we got virgin its basically been off more than it has been on which is getting frustrating and I wish I never swapped to virgin 

Our 14 day cool down period is over, is there anyway to cancel without being charged? 

Technically our service isn't working properly so why should we pay for something that doesn't work?

    If they've arent providing the service and cant fix it, they've broken the contract. So contract law is on your side :)

  • Does a red light mean no signal coming to the box?

    We have a engineer coming tomorrow and some people have said it may be because they might have disconnected us from the street cabinet by accident or something?

    They gave us a temporary cable from the virgin box in our garden because or old one was damaged and we were meant to have someone else come fix it properly and out the cable underground I believe they said 

    Can a engineer fix cables in the street cabinet or do you have to escalate the matter further?
