Canceling within cooldown period
I've been trying to cancel my Virgin contract. I am well within the fourteen day cooloff period, have called the helpline six different times and been put on hold for 20+ minutes each time. Finally managed to speak to someone and cancel it on the sixth try, but have not received an email/notification confirming that the contract has been canceled. How can I obtain confirmation for this?
