That's a definite breach of electrical and fire regulations. There should never be any hole made in a fire door frame, or in a ceiling except with approved fire rated trunking. And the building fire insurance will be invalidated.
This is a serious matter and you can't leave it to a VM contractor to patch it up. This needs to be checked by a qualified person familiar with fire regulations, to see if there is an approved method of repairing a hole cut in a fire door frame. You don't want someone just patching it with silicon, as it may require a replacement frame to stay legal.
Is there similar damage in other places in the building?

Hello Mdk84,
Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of this happening in your building. I'd be happy to take a further look into this for you but first I would need to confirm a few details via private message, please look out for my message and we can get started.
Kind Regards,
