i would like to extend my virgin cable because i am going to start my drive way and the old cable won't be long enough

Thank you for reaching out. Requesting the cabling from the street to be changed would need engineers to first take a look at your request, to check if it is at all possible. It's also important to note that any costs for the work you're requesting may be passed on to you.
To confirm, are you referring to a request to change the cabling coming from the street cabinet into the omnibox, which is the brown/grey box attached to your home?
Are you looking to move the omni box as well, or is it the cable route you're looking to request to change?
