My cable connection hasn’t been done correctly. The cable has sprung up from the ground and is now a trip hazard. Reported last Thursday - after about an hours chat. Arranged to visit today. Virgin just cancelled that wanted to come on Saturday or next Monday.
Why am I bothering to change to Virgin? Job not done correctly in first place. Customer care appalling.
