Cable move to new address

Hi, I have recently l moved house and would like to use my ground floor cable access point for the router but the cable which needs to be replaced by the new one has rusted over as it’s old (Telewest Broadband). Can I arrange on this forum for an engineer to replace the box with the cable on it so that the VM router can attach there? 
i can’t seem to find an option on your website for arranging a visit.

    It's a standard £25 fee for a non fault call out.  If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod should pick this up and arrange directly with you.

    Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and book a Tech install
