Cable entry point move for building work

Hopefully someone can help?  I need the entry point moved as we are starting building work in January.  However, I can't work out which option it is when calling and each time I do choose one, the waiting times are very long!

I know it costs to do this and I need it done in the next couple of weeks.  Can someone help me?  Will it get picked up from here?

Thanks!!!!

Just report it as a fault, there will be a charge on £25.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Thanks for the reply, but do I report it as a telephony, broadband or TV fault?  Each time I get through and choose an option to report, it asks me to choose further options that makes no sense to be honest!  Think I will wait for a VM staff member to pick this up and help.......
