Broken external brown box

Hi there. The external brown Virgin media box outside the front of my property has cracked and won't close.

Could someone advise how I would go about getting this repaired please?

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post..

    We're sorry to see that your external box could do with some attention. I would like to arrange for an engineer to come to take a look at this for you.
