Broken external box

My external Cabletel connection box has gone brittle and the cover broken off. Photo attached. I cannot find a way to report this through the helpline. How can I get someone out to replace the box, please?

    Report it a as a fault.

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.

      Hi Tudor I have seen you add that reply to numerous messages, but having been around that loop numerous times I can confirm that the helpline does not have an option that covers external equipment. The broadband is working but exposed wiring is unsightly and potentially dangerous.
