Broken cable

Hi I’m currently getting work done in my garden and the workmen caught the external cable and it has knocked off my internet completely. I have reported it to Virgin but they say they can’t get anyone here for a week. My son is currently doing his G.C.S.Es so I need the internet on as soon as possible. Is there anyway to get this fixed any sooner?

    Sorry to hear of the issues experienced with the services, and the lack of earlier availability.

    Check out the envelope in the top right hand corner and I'll look into this for you, and see if there's any scope to bring this forward for you
