Broken Brown Box Outside - Wires explosed to elements

How can I get this fixed quickly please - I am worried about the delicate wires being exposed to wind and rain etc.  Happy to send a photo of the situation.  TIA, Lucy

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.

    I am so sorry that you have faced this is issue with an exposed Omnibox cover, would you be able to provide an image of this for us?
