Broadband in my street

Hi. I am looking for a virgin media representative to private message me in regards to my street being dug up cabled in 2022 and on their own website and in emails had a count down for a live date then it went silent. I have been back and forward with multiple teams telling me three sending an engineer out to connect to my close but nobody has ever came out. My street depending on the postcode you enter and house number you can get virgin no bother even a neighbour next door but I can't . The teams I have spoke to are aware of the issues that my street has 2 postcodes and they agree my street is cabled but I am no further forward two years later
