Broadband in apartment

Hi,

im wanting to get have virgin fitted in my apartment as the cables were fitted in our street almost two years ago. All of the neighbouring streets and properties have access but my apartment complex doesn’t.

I’ve spoken to the property management company and they’re open to having virgin fitted as they’re aware that our current internet situation is dire. CityFibre won’t fit as we’re too far away from the junction, but since virgin is already in the street.. makes sense.

that being said, we have no idea who to contact as the regular sales page just tells me I can’t be connected and there’s no contact information that’s suitable.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    If you call into the Sales team via 0800 183 1234 they can arrange to have a spotter sent out to investigate this.
