Broadband dead in Cambridge CB1 [Outage - F011065480]
As of 21:30. Service status showing no issues. Cant raise any support on this. Anyone else?

CM23 No TV channels since about 21:30. Phone and internet ok. Can watch saved programmes. Virgin service status says all services working ok.
Also when outages occur OOH, extensive communication to CS teams beyond the official status pages & automated lines - can often take second place to actually dealing with the fault.
You will struggle to find a broadband provider which has customer-facing engineering staff.
