Broadband connection for newbuild

Hello

We moved into a new build 1y ago - [MOD EDIT: Address removed]

The building just in front of us ( [MOD EDIT: Address removed]) has Virgin broadband. We are just behind them in what used to be their carpark.

The builder left a pipe from the connection at the street level to our house so it will be easy to just feed some cable along into our house. But when I've called customer services (multiple times!) they just say our address is not listed and there's nothing they can do. I don't believe our builder registered the address with OpenReach and the OpenReach website says there are no plans to connect our address. But it would be very easy - just need an engineer to run a few metres of cabling through the pipe from the street (where there is definitely Virgin) to our house (just behind number 47)
