Broadband - no contract / delivery details
I have just moved into a new property which has a Virgin line in it from the last tenant, so requested a self-install pack for the 1 Gig Fibre broadband only package, for delivery today 1st February
I've not received my proper contract nor any information about the delivery, so I'm not sure what's going on. I ideally need my internet set up ASAP for work...
Does anyone know how long it might be until I get the rest of the details or have my pack delivered?
