Availability - neighbours have it on either side, why can’t I?

Hello,

I have tried several times registering my interest asking for a phone back with no success so hopefully this may get through.

I live on a road where all other properties have availability for Virgin broadband including our semi detached neighbours on either side. Please can I ask for this to be manually checked as I don't see why our proprty cannot also be connected. We are willing to help if there is anything we can do to facilitate this.

Many thanks as we are a happy O2 customer and would love to combine with Volt broadband.

    I have a similar issue, do you have a VM point bordering your property line? or is it all done via phone poles?

    It could be a capacity issue, or blocked ducts.    Is there a VM CATV box in the pavement at your property?
