Log into your online account - or look at any written correspondence from VM - your Area code is clearly shown on those.

Thanks for your post.
The CA13 area was in one of our no cabled areas many years ago for customers that had the old ADSL broadband with us. We then sold this off to Talk Talk.
If you need the area code it is 34.
Saying that is this regarding access to an virgin.net email account?
