Appointments - pre install
Very very disappointed in Virgin media. I have had 4 planned visits to install a new cable to the outside of my property. Not one visit attended! no message to say why!!! support on whatsapp is like pulling teeth. Last time i actually got to type to a real person on there, they said i would be getting a call from a technical person with an hour. That was about 1 week ago!!!
Going to switch back to BT ASAP
