Is it a new install?
Are you sure it will be coax, not fibre?

Dont use any 3d party co-ax cabling - they will always lead to problems
We usually recommend that you install flexible conduit tubing in the walls containing 3/4 coloured "pull ropes" (strong string) so the installers can just pull through their cables.

I think from the wording the OP is aware that he needs the correct cable, or he would already have been down to his local DIY shop.

Hey konebmo1, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community, we wouldn't advise using any 3rd party equipment, however we can look at getting you some coaxial cables sent out if you want from us?

konebmo1... If Matthew is able to source a long run of VM cable to be supplied to you, please report back here as that will be the first time I (at least) have heard that was done :-)

AFAIK the maximum length pre-terminated cable available from VM now is 10 metres. Anything over this requires a tech to make it up, so that it's correctly terminated & signal levels can be checked.
