All my neighbours are getting connected NOT ME

Trying to get virgin media before my cooling off period ends.

 

my neighbour is 3 meters away and has virgin. The installation guy even came to my house first by mistake. He said I should get it 100 percent but they need to update there housing list. 

not asking for much after spending 1 hour on the phone to be told to fill in forms which I’ve already done.i have an upp box which virgin media have took over I know it’s a case of a 10 minutes job but the computer says NO!

 

please help. I want that giga internet and I’m envious of my neighbour!!!

    I'm sorry to hear you've been struggling to get some answers as to whether we can service your property or not. There can be many reasons why we cannot service a particular property, even if neighboring properties are active with us. For example, there could be a blockage.

    next door has virgin media fibre but we can’t get it as they have no intention of having it in my area what 3 m away from where youve already installed it 😂😂😂 is everyone dumb just looking at a computer send a rep out and come tell me why the hell it isnt possible because I can assure you it is.

    Crazy was meant to send someone out to survey and after 3 months back and forth their not going to bother now 

    go home virgin your boring and useless.

     

    shocking communication and service so I guess it’s a blessing in disguise.
