Address not Listed in availability checker

Hi there, posting on behalf of my non tech minded father. VM have recently gone live in the town but his address isn't even listed on the checker to be able to check. Any ideas? The checker starts at #15 despite the street starting at #1. Thanks

    This sounds like they haven't yet got to installing that section of road.  Call VM sales on 0800 183 1234 to see if they have more information.
