Address not listed but all my neighbours have Virgin Media Broadbank

Hello, I am experiencing the same problem. Can someone assist me? Address exists on royal mail website, but not on virgin media (other flats around me are listed). I'm hopind the VM database needs updating.

Having had a phone call with virgin media sales team, they say the apartment underneath me has access which means I should be covered, they are sending an engineer next week (so it's worth ringing them if you have a similar situation).
