Address not found in database

Hello,

I live above a shop, and my address is not appearing on the Virgin Media sign-up page, despite Virgin Media services being available in my postcode. I can see the Virgin Media box on the pavement outside my house, and my neighbors are all able to sign up without issue.

I need assistance with this matter. I called customer service and was informed by the pre-installs team that I could sign up. However, when transferred to sales, they said they could not provide service to my address, placed me on hold for 30 minutes, and then disconnected the call.

I have noticed several posts here from people with similar issues that were successfully resolved. I'm hoping someone can help me address this problem.

    Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, thank you for showing an interest in joining us, we would love to have you, we would advise speaking to our Sales team on 0800 183 1234 who can look at this for you and may be able to arrange a spotter/ engineer to have a look to see if the services are available.

    The first thing you must do is get permission from whoever owns the property to have cables run into it.
