Access denied to eBay on VM

I'm getting access denied to eBay on my virgin home broadband and hoping someone can help?

I get the same access denied message on any device I use connected to my WIFI or ethernet, using other devices on my mobile internet on my phone and I can access eBay just fine.

I have listed several items for sale of that dreaded site and now cant access eBay at all. 

I have cleared my browser history and cookies and restarted my hub 5 and still get the same error.

Restarting my PC wont help as any device on my WIFI trying to access eBay is blocked.

Ebay say there is no restrictions on their end so it must be Virgin. But I also don't believe that entirely either.
