3mths of delays-now “INSTALLATION CANCELLED”

After months of delays getting a connection, I finally got connected last month.

However, since then I’ve been getting random messages from virgin media. That say “your connection has been delayed” and other erroneous nonsense.

 

Yesterday my internet connection went down, now today my account shows

“INSTALLATION CANCELLED”

 

what an utter debacle!

 

i was getting support from Beth on here.

 

But no response since yesterday and i need internet for my work. Typing this with 1 bar of 4g on my phone

 

what is the best way to get actual support with this, without giving vm more opportunities to add to their compounding confusion

    Thanks for coming back to us in the Community. 

    I can see you've already sent a private message to my colleague who was originally helping you to resolve this. This has been taken over by another colleague due to Beth being out of the office.

    We'll leave this with them to avoid multiple agents working on the same thing 🙂 They will be in touch with you when back on shift.
