Virgin Mobile

Hi

I am currently being charged 15.83 from 02 and £10 from Virgin. I have asked Virgin and 02 for a copy of my original  contract as I guess the £10 was for my handset but I am sure I am out of contract. 02 have told me I need to speak to Virgin and Virgin have told me I need to speak to 02

I am getting nowhere

  • Just replied to the PM, yes it's the detail from Virgin that is needed as 02 have already confirmed about the sim

    Sorry to hear of the confusion caused by the charges to your account for the O2 SIM, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.

     

    In your post you mentioned a handset, if you took one with us then that would remain with Virgin as opposed to the SIM tariff transferring to O2. We can't assist with the O2 tariff via the forums but we can look at any potential handset loans in place you may still be paying for.
