Hi Daniel,
The case was deemed in my favour and 3 years later you have been chasing me for payment. I have exhaused all avenues and as virgin mobile keeps shifting blame I will be taking this to small claims. CISAS, ruled in my favour with nothing owed. Please provide details of who to address this to in the small claims court.

If your case has gone to CISAS this isn't something we can help with. You would need to get in touch with your case handler, and they can liaise with us as needed.
