Security Key

Hello, 

I am trying to figure out how much I have left to pay on my legacy Virgin Mobile phone (iPhone 14 Pro). It is asking me for a security key. Is there anyone that would be able to provide me with this so I can find out my remaining balance?

    I am unable to find any emails stating the security key and no mention of it anywhere in my periodic statements.
